How do I submit an enquiry?
Use the Request a Quote form on any product page or the dedicated /rfq page. Every enquiry submitted is recorded and tracked so our trade desk can follow up.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Product or SKU, quantity, destination country and port (where relevant), trade term, and a description of your requirement. All of this is optional except your name, email and requirement description.
How is product availability confirmed?
Product pages show specifications and capability. Availability, MOQ, and lead time are confirmed after your enquiry is reviewed, subject to feasibility.
Can I discuss OEM or private-label requirements?
Yes — logo marking, finish, size, packaging and carton marking can be coordinated, subject to feasibility and agreed quantity. Use the RFQ form to start the discussion.
